Tips — after you pay

  1. Reboot your decoder every 5 minutes if channels don't appear (power off from the mains).
  2. Check internet connectivity on the decoder under Menu → Network.
  3. Verify server status under Network → Server Settings.

Your decoder reconnects automatically once payment is confirmed. Allow a few minutes, then follow the steps above if channels are still missing.
